  My last two trips to this place have both been bad experiences. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt by giving them a second chance but I'm done going here. Don't recommend as they botched the hair color I wanted and when I went in to get if fixed they did not want to admit that they messed up. And the fix didn't even stay in my hair. It faded and washed out in 2 days because she was rushing me and didn't leave the color in long enough. They do not behave appropriately in the workplace either and only seem to care about gossip.
